Gabriel Hayes-Williams focuses his practice on commercial litigation and arbitrations. He has represented businesses and individuals in a wide variety of disputes relating to professional services compensation, civil fraud claims, misuse of investment funds, and fine art transactions, and in multi-party litigation and third-party practice in federal court. He is adept at finding solutions that resolve disputes in light of a client’s overall business and personal goals. He was named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers 2014 through 2016.
Prior to joining Harris, St. Laurent and Chaudhry, Mr. Hayes-Williams practiced at Niehaus LLP, a litigation boutique where he regularly appeared as special litigation counsel in the Dreier LLP bankruptcy, and at Clifford Chance, where he focused on white-collar and regulatory matters.
Mr. Hayes-Williams graduated from New York University in 2004, and in 2007 received his JD from Stanford Law School, where he served as an Associate Editor for the Stanford Journal of International Law.
Mr. Hayes-Williams is admitted to the bar of New York State and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
