Jared Foley’s practice focuses on white collar criminal defense as well as commercial and securities litigation. Since joining the firm, Mr. Foley has represented the Firm’s clients in matters before the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York as well as in New York State Supreme Court.
Prior to joining Harris, St. Laurent & Chaudhry, Mr. Foley was a securities litigation associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. Mr. Foley graduated from Dartmouth College in 2004, and received his law degree from Columbia Law School in 2008.
Mr. Foley is admitted to practice in New York, California, and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
