Megan Dubatowka focuses her practice on commercial and employment litigation, representing businesses and individuals in state and federal courts. Ms. Dubatowka is a creative and tenacious problem solver who tailors her approach to her clients’ unique circumstances.
Ms. Dubatowa has successfully represented employers and employees in a range of employment matters, including individual discrimination, wage and hour claims and bonus disputes. She also counsels and negotiates on behalf of clients in severance and other employment agreements. Driven to champion the rights of every client, she has helped negotiate significant class action settlements on behalf of employees against multinational banks and Fortune 500 companies.
Ms. Dubatowka holds a Bachelor of Science from the School of Industrial Labor Relations at Cornell University, where she earned Dean’s List honors. She graduated cum laude with a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 2013. While at Brooklyn Law, Megan interned for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, where she assisted a whistleblower investigation, and the New York City Law Department, where she successfully defended the City against a civil rights claim.
Ms. Dubatowka is admitted to the bars of New York, New Jersey, and in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
